The Human Resources Generalist at Molding Dynamics will take the lead in recruiting, hiring and on-boarding all new hires for our growing team.
They will build on existing processes and improve the experience for all of our employees by streamlining how we hire, manage, promote and reward. In addition, the HR manager will support the team by handling all back office HR functions such as payroll, benefits performance management, training, and safety. This role has a lot of flexibility available - remote work, flexible hours and the ability to do part-time or full-time are all available.

The HR generalist has a number of responsibilities including recruitment, hiring, documentation, process development, coaching, and payroll, among others.
The role of HR in this manufacturing position may include:
Lead the recruitment efforts for new hires with support from leadership and marketing
Lead hiring process from start to finish - posting jobs, selecting candidates, interviewing, making offers, etc.
Maintain all necessary HR documentation relative to recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training
Establish and maintain processes for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training
Ensure regular coaching of team members to promote from within
Manage employee payroll system, entering data accurately and providing regularly reporting to leadership
Look for continuous ways to improve recruiting and retention efforts to scale for future growth
Additional items as needed to ensure a positive personnel experience and success in hiring and retention
The HR Generalist position spans a wide variety of responsibilities. As such, the ideal candidate will meet the following job requirements:
Ability to meet candidates in-person at Molding Dynamics for interviews, on-boarding, etc as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related degree
5+ years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role
Results driven and a high level of ethics
Proven strategic and tactical HR skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
