The Quality Technician role at Molding Dynamics ensures our products meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will help develop and enforce good inspection and manufacturing practices, validate processes and provide documentation to meet quality requirements.

The quality technician has a number of job requirements including inspections, testing, communication, and training.
Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections
Follow control plans for the jobs that are running
Perform visual and dimensional tests of parts to ensure product meets specifications
Convey results to appropriate parties and document on paper, and or computer the results of testing
Technician will set out required tools, labels, work instructions, prior to production runs
Train new operators on various jobs, and verify training was successful
Other duties as required
The Quality Technician role spans a wide variety of skillsets. The ideal quality technician candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
High school diploma required
ASQ Certification preferred
Detail oriented
May require lifting of 35lbs.
Candidate must have basic computer skills; Excel a plus
Will be required to use various measuring devices and a calculator
Must be able to follow all safety and plant rules
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings
