The role of Production Workers at Molding Dynamics is to keep the overall production process running smoothly by supporting the entire team. You will provide do this by moving, sorting, prepping, and cleaning up product, scrap and containers throughout the work area.

The duties of a production worker can vary and include mixing color materials, cleaning, assembly, loading, safety, labeling, and more.
As a production worker, your duties can include:
Mix, blend, regrind, and color material for molding machines.
Clean, empty and un-jam grinders as required.
Clean and fill hoppers and color bins as needed.
Breakdown and assemble Gaylord boxes.
Band skids, load and unload trucks, stock raw materials, remove finished product from work areas, keep work area clean.
Fill out all required ISO checklists, forms, and safety sheets.
Use common sense judgments to minimize contamination of raw materials.
Perform calculations to understand the material requirements for scheduled production runs.
Empty trash containers, put scrap cardboard in approved receptacle.
Properly label all materials, grinders and hoppers
Ensure material quantities are sufficient and work areas are stocked at all times, in a safe manner, working with a supervisor to remedy any shortages or problems.
Daily cleaning of spilled or leaking oil and material and reporting any major leaking to the supervisor immediately.
Use ladders or stair platforms to minimize climbing on equipment.
Perform Operator duties from time to time, when requested.
Perform all other duties assigned.
The production worker role is ideal for hard workers who are willing to learn. Training provided for the right candidate.
The ideal production worker applicant will have:
Ability to follow instructions.
Must be able to safely operate a lift truck.
Ability to bend, reach and stoop.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Observe all safety rules
Understand basic math.
Must have above average work attendance.
